Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

Horicon has about 20 inches of new snow on the ground right now!  You know what that means…  Time to go cross-country skiing, snow shoeing and winter hiking!  There are miles and miles of beautiful trails through and around the Horicon Marsh.  Bring your skis or use our snow shoes!  The views are spectacular!

Then come back to the inn for a nice hot cup of hot chocolate and a movie in our feather beds!  Or soothe those tired muscles in a whirlpool by the fireplace!  Or better yet, book a massage by our therapist in our new massage area!

Midweek Winter Special

Midweek Winter Special Stay two nights midweek and get $60 off second night.

(Nov. 16th – April 25th)

There is a lot going on by the Marsh this time of year!

Although it may be getting chilly, that is no excuse for not getting out for a quick walk now and then – and the Horicon Marsh is just the place to take a quick jaunt through beautiful landscape.

Take advantage of the lowering gas prices and the slow winter season to relax mid-week.

When the snow flies, ask to use our snowshoes, or go out for some cross-country skiing!  The marsh landscape is beautiful covered in white!

Then, when you get back to your beautiful room at our Wisconsin B&B, take a hot bath, enjoy a fireplace, and ask your innkeeper for a good restaurant for dinner!
